Geist draws heavy influence from the German kosmische movement, while blending found sounds, field recordings, and radio static with psychedelia infused art-rock. It is a reminder that the specter of the past lingers at present.

NONSENSE is Quartz Peaks' debut album. In addition to playing keys on a few songs, Jacob was also the mix and mastering engineer.
