Hello and welcome to my website! I’m Jacob LaRose (he/him), a Knoxville, TN area musician and multi-media artist. Keyboards are my main instrument, but I also sing and play the bass, drums, and violin on occasion. In addition to releasing neo-psychedelic and ectro-punk adjacent music under my name, I also currently perform in both Jude Mauk ⇗ and Saint Peter’s Death Squad ⇗. My artistic process utilizes liquid lights, lumia, analog video, film/alternative photography, assembled sculpture, and various painting techniques. I'm inspired by organic textures, noise, industrial infrastructure, electronic representations of real world items, glitches, broken things, the interplay between light and shadow, and nature's dominance over mankind's constructions. When I’m not in the studio or out performing, I’m either spending my time working on various other electronics and coding projects, or tending my garden and enjoying nature.
